Several Piles of Ants
As we inspected the office, we found several piles of ants throughout the kitchen and the break room. Turns out that the staff left a little mess in those areas and forgot to clean up! This attracted the ants to those areas!
Using Our Gel Bait
Since the owner didn't want us to use any type of liquid or aerosol application inside the office, we applied an ant gel bait directly along the ant trails in several locations. The ants go CRAZY for this bait!
Treating the Exterior for Ants
The owner did give us permission to treat the exterior of the building, in which we did with a liquid residual application.
The End Result
The worker ants are going to bring either of these applications to their nest where they will unknowingly transfer the treatments to their queen and the other ants in their colony. They'll do this by feeding or grooming one another or eating their own dead. In a short amount of time, the ants will be exterminated.
