Pretty Large Hornets Nest
As you can see, the nest is HUGE! Not to mention, it was right above the master bedroom window!
They're Bald-Faced Hornets
As we took a closer look, we identified these stinging insects as bald-faced hornets. One very important fact that you must know about bald-faced hornets is that they are EXTREMELY aggressive and will not hesitate to sting anything that invades their space.
Time for Treatment
We grabbed our extendable pole, attached a knockdown dusting application to it, and injected it into the nest. This treatment will exterminate the bald-faced hornets almost immediately.
Removed and Disposed of
Afterward, we removed the nest, disposed of it properly, and applied a liquid residual application to the soffit. This will exterminate any bald-faced hornets that return to the area as well as prevent them from building another nest.
