Pests We Treat Photo Album: Found a Hidden Yellow Jackets Nest in the Ceiling in Gladstone, NJ

This homeowner in Gladstone, NJ one day noticed that there were a few hornets flying around her ceiling light. When she removed the light fixture, she was attacked by several angry yellow jackets! She immediately called Cowleys for help.

Taped it Up

The homeowner showed us where the yellow jackets were coming from. She taped up the area in hopes no more yellow jackets could infest her home.

A Nest in the Ceiling!

After equipping our protective bee suits, we removed the tape, examined the area, and found a large yellow jackets nest in the ceiling!

Quick Extermination

We treated the area with a knockdown dusting application, which rapidly exterminates the yellow jackets.

Need More Space

In order to properly remove the entire nest, we had to widen the opening. So with the owners permission, we did just that!

Nest Removed

We then removed the nest, disposed of it, and cleaned the area.

Temporary Fix

The owner is going to have her son come over and repair the hole in the ceiling. In the meantime, we patched it up.
