Upon closer inspection, I was able to identify it as a spotted orb-weaver spider.

Continuing my inspection, I found another spotted orb-weaver nearby in a tree.

Love the Night

Spotted orb weavers are typically nocturnal spiders and will wait patiently until its prey gets entangled in its web.

Apply it Directly

I applied a knockdown product directly to each spider, which will rapidly eliminate them.

Keep the Spider Away

I then removed all the spider webs and performed a crack and crevice treatment around the entire exterior with a residual application that is specifically labeled to control spiders.

Controlling the Spiders

This application will control the spider population around the exterior of the home.
