This electric company in Egg Harbor Township, NJ had birds entering their facility and defecating all over the truck, tools, and belongings.

Building Filled With Poop

The birds were nesting in the main area and were defecating all over the place, causing serious health issues for the workers.

Solution to the Bird Problem

To prevent the all nuisance birds from nesting in this area, we installed StealthNet® all along the ceiling in order to close off the area.

What is StealthNet®

StealthNet® is 3/4 inch, heavy duty polyethylene bird netting used to humanely block birds from entering any unwanted areas.

Secured In

In order make sure the StealthNet® is secured, we used a stainless steel cable with net spikes and anchored it into the wall...

Sturdy Process

And then locked the cable in place using copper ferrules and installed turnbuckles which tighten the cable. We also used hog rings which secures the cable and connects it to the StealthNet®.

Installed a Zipper

We also added in several large zipper sections so that the workers can have easy access to maintain the area.

Protected and Safe

Now all nuisance birds will no longer roost in the building and the workers now have a safe and healthy environment to work in.
