Pests We Treat Photo Album: Soffit Full of Bald-Faced Hornets in Ocean Township, NJ
I responded to a new customer in Ocean Township, NJ complaint of bald-faced hornets on his property.
Discovered the Nest
It was fairly easy to spot the nest, as it was located on the corner of the home underneath the soffit.
Medium Sized
The nest was medium sized, a little bigger than a soccer ball, and full of ill-tempered bald-faced hornets.
Sprayed, Scarped, and Removed
I treated the nest with a knockdown aerosol product, which quickly exterminates the hornets. I then scraped down and removed the nest and properly bagged it.
Close Up
Lastly, I treated the area with a residual application to prevent bald-faced hornets from rebuilding their nest.
