Pests We Treat Photo Album: Roaches in Red Bank
Today's Journey brings me to Red Bank, NJ. Oriental and German roaches have made their presence known in one of our very clean commercial accounts. Our client was confused as to the reason why they've been seeing roaches. I was on the mission!
With the use of my flashlight and some deductive reasoning I found where the roaches were spotted and then proceeded to open up all the boxes which were stored in that area. Lo and behold I found the roaches nesting in a box of napkins as well as in the napkin holders that were on the same shelf. After interviewing the manager and asking what he does when the boxes are delivered we quickly found out that they bring them to this room to be stored. We went through every box together and our discoveries were quite horrifying.
We removed all of the compromised products and thoroughly cleaned and treated the area with a very safe chemical application consisting of a liquid treatment as well as beat placement. The use of monitors and glue boards will help determine what the population looks like up on my next visit. The client was very happy with the work that was done, unfortunately he's not very happy with the napkin company!
