Treating for Termites in the Kitchen in Matawan, NJ

Challenge

A new customer in Matawan, NJ thought that she might have termites in her kitchen after noticing some extensive damage to the wood paneling around the sink. So she called Cowleys and we were sent out to inspect and treat. After thoroughly inspecting the kitchen, we found a large swarm of termites under the kitchen sink, which confirmed the owners suspicion. 

Solution

First, we drilled underneath the kitchen sink and then went outside and drilled into the back patio, garage door jambs, and the front concrete patio abutting the kitchen. Once we were finished, we injected a termiticide that binds to the treated area and creates a protective zone that the termites can't detect. The termites will unknowingly come in contact with this product as they go about their normal routines, bring it back to their colony, and transfer the treatment throughout their nest. In a short amount of time, the termites will be exterminated.
