Yellow Jackets Use the Chimney to Infest Home in Plainsboro, NJ
Challenge
This customer in Plainsboro, NJ called our office after noticing a few yellow jackets swarming around her living room! We were sent out to inspect and treat. Once we began inspecting the inside of the home, we noticed a few yellow jackets coming from the chimney. We decided to inspect the exterior of the building and that's when we noticed that the yellow jackets were entering the home through several small openings in the chimney. Turns out the cement grout was missing. We informed the owner, who will contact a licensed professional to repair the cracks in her chimney.
Solution
We injected a knockdown dusting application into each opening of the chimney. This treatment exterminates the yellow jackets almost immediately. This product also leaves behind a residual that will eliminate any returning yellow jackets.
