Yellow Jackets Nesting Under a Column in Holmdel, NJ

Challenge

One day, when this homeowner in Holmdel, NJ came home from work, she was attacked by several angry yellow jackets! Good thing she wasn't allergic! Once she ran inside, she immediately called us for help! Once we arrived and started inspecting the front porch, we noticed that the yellow jackets were harboring underneath a nearby column!

Solution

We treated underneath the column with a knockdown dusting application. This treatment rapidly eliminates the yellow jackets. A short while later, we removed the nest, disposed of it, and applied a residual application to the area to neutralize any returning yellow jackets and prevent them from building a new nest.
