Raccoons Made a Mess
The raccoons left quite a mess in the attic. They tore apart the insulation, urinated and defecated all over the attic creating raccoon latrines.

Once an attic has a raccoon latrine, it attracts other raccoon families looking for a place to breed. Additionally, raccoon urine and feces contain dangerous bacteria and parasites that, when exposed to humans and animals, can result in infections and diseases.
Out with the Bad and In with the Good
We carefully removed the droppings, disposed of the contaminated insulation, sanitized and deodorized the attic and blew in new TruSoft cellulose insulation.
