Replacing Contaminated Insulation with Blown-in Cellulose Insulation in Monroe Township, NJ
Challenge
A new customer in Monroe Township, NJ had a problem with mice and bats in her attic. Our Little Rascals Nuisance Wildlife Removal team was sent out to safely remove the bats and mice. Although our team succeeded in doing so, the bats & mice left a huge mess in the attic. Almost every single piece of fiberglass insulation was contaminated and created a health hazard for the family.
Solution
After bringing this to the owners attention, she agreed on having us remove the old insulation and adding TruSoft blown-in cellulose insulation. First, we disposed of the old fiberglass insulation and then carefully cleaned the area. Next, we added over 12 inches of TruSoft blown-in cellulose insulation.
