AMAZING!! very Professional right from the first phone call .. Dawn got me right to my first appointment.. which I requested Jim due to the GREAT CARE he has given my neighbors ..Jim arrived right on time:) He was FRIENDLY with a smile ..Jim is AMAZING ..VERY UNDERSTANDING ..and VERY EDUCATED!! which made my panic of the Ants in my attic feel like it was not a big deal at all:) THX to Jim and educating me right from the start ...answering ALL my questions and concerns ...because of this I am EXTREMELY grateful for this referral ..CAN NOT THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH FOR BEING SO CARING :) TY !!
